Support Coordination

NDIS Access Request Application
Starting your NDIS journey can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our team will walk you through every step of your NDIS application, explaining everything clearly, helping you collect the right evidence, and supporting you until your plan is approved.

Community Events
We host NDIS events across Melbourne designed for children, teens, and adults of all abilities to connect, learn, and grow. Each event is safe, welcoming, and fully supported. From arts and crafts to sports, games, music, and themed activities, parties, our events are designed around what participants love most. Every session helps you build social confidence, communication skills, and independence, while achieving your NDIS goals in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
Social Groups
We offer NDIS Social Groups that fit you, whether you prefer to join in person or online. Designed for all ages and abilities, our social groups help participants improve communication, build social skills, and increase community participation, all while having fun and feeling part of something bigger. Led by experienced Support Workers, every group encourages teamwork, laughter, and connection through shared activities, discussions, and experiences.
